Modular design of UV light curing box

The box type UV light source is modular design,can be used in hand-held, fixed and box type.

The movable UV lamp holder of the UV curing box

The hand-held light source contains a long life 400W high pressure mercury lamp, emitting UVA (320-390nm), and the main light intensity distribution is uniform. The life span of the bulb is 1000 hours. The lamp holder is connected to the main power supply box by a soft wire for easy movement or installation on a customer's fixture, conveyor belt or automation machine.

UV curing box

The equipment consists of a curing box with a box door, and the switch is very convenient. During the curing process of the component, it can protect the user from ultraviolet radiation.

Built-in light shutter in UV curing box

The device integrates a retractable and light-shielded manual shutter to ensure good repeatability of curing and to protect the user from UV radiation when switching the curing box door.

Reflective inner wall of UV curing box

The reflector inner wall structure and the optimized reflector can ensure the uniform irradiation effect.

Forced air cooling system of UV curing box

Light source, power supply and curing box all integrate cooling fan, which makes the system work in a good heat dissipation environment and increases the reliability of the system.
